Orphan Care
One of our key initiatives is an Orphanage named “Sweet Home” Project located in the heart of Sargodha. As the name implies, “Sweet Home” is a home that we have instituted to fulfill living and educational needs of beautiful young orphans who are poor and in need. “Sweet Home” initially began by adopting 125 orphans across several villages and towns in Pakistan.
These little children are the very heart of our mission. “Sweet Home” is dedicated to prepare and care for these children so that they will be able to pursue their dreams, talents and passions one day. Each child will receive adequate education and training to achieve self-reliance, financial independence and social integration in the long run. In the end, our objective is to develop the child into a well-groomed, independent individual, and not merely feed and clothe a needy orphan.
What are the in-house facilities provided to children at “Sweet Home”?
Furnished accommodation in a family unit
Nutritious balanced diet as per weekly menu (breakfast/lunch/dinner)
Education in top schools of Sargodha/ NCRCLO up to Matric & above Uniforms, books & utensils
Summer & winter clothing along with shoes (once a season)
Laundry service
Medical care through Government hospitals
Skill development
Recreational activities (Indoor games, arts & crafts, library, entertainment, trips to parks)
Prayer Room/Religious education
Counseling/legal aid for victims of violence & abuse
How can you sponsor an Orphan from “Sweet Home”?
A generous person (Sponsor) may take up responsibility to cover all annual expenses of a selected Orphan from our Sweet Home. We will disclose all the details required such as name of the Orphan, his/her educational needs and annual expenses. Mode of payment shall be decided between sponsor and Sweet Home based on mutual understanding. The Sponsor will be regularly informed about the performance of the Orphan(s) he/she as sponsored, so that a positive relationship is developed between two parties.
